Bailey Hunter, Virtual Assistant

I was born and raised in South Carolina. I live here with my husband, son, three cats and two dogs. I have worked everywhere from a dance instructor to a practice manager, and I have always been drawn to jobs that help others. I discovered the VA career through my own therapist discussing my strengths, passions and goals. Helping others is something I find incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.

Therapy has been so beneficial to me personally as well as something for which I have a tremendous amount of respect. I am very grateful to be able to use my strengths to assist those working in the mental health space. I’m looking forward to being able to take some of the stress off your plate so you can practice what you do best!

Through my personal experiences, I have come to appreciate the true value of doing the “inner work.” Doing my own “work” has also earned me an immense level of compassion and understanding for those who face trauma (and other mental illness), as well as the clinicians who support the challenging —yet so rewarding—fight!

I am a Belgian born, Cincinnati raised, ATX transplant - who is very excited to support your practice!

I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Psychology. Most notably, I developed a partnership with Cincinnati’s only hospital detox facility (CAT) for addiction treatment services. In this partnership, I reviewed evaluative data and prepared recommendations for improvement to their job readiness curriculum. My volunteer work at UC gave me the opportunity to work with both children and adults facing chronic illness; by way of music therapy, I was able to empower others at the Ronald McDonald House and the National MS Society. Throughout my education, I also acquired experience in marketing, content creation and electronic media. I am highly experienced in operating and learning creative, data analytic and MS Office programs.

I have earned multiple certifications for research through the Greater Cincinnati Academic and Regional Health Center. I have also earned certifications in Brain Health, Anatomy & Physiology and Achieving Success with Difficult People through Miami University.

In my free time, I love to hike with my dog, practice yoga, create music and travel! I am extremely passionate about wellness and desire to grow and work hard in this purposeful field.

Kelly DeLeon, Virtual Assistant

I was born and raised in a tiny little surf town in Southern California, and moved to South Carolina back in 2016. I have been in the administrative world for over 10 years now!

Helping people fuels my soul and I genuinely enjoy doing things to make others' lives less stressful. I have worked everywhere from collision centers to fitness centers, and eventually landed a position at an eating disorder treatment center back in 2015.

I quickly learned how much of an impact my work had on not only the staff, but the patients as well and I never looked back. Working in the mental health field has been so rewarding and insightful.

I was a full time SAHM to 3 little kids for the last couple years until I realized that I could have the best of both worlds and WFH while I raise my children.

I am looking forward to taking some of the stress off your plate and allowing you to fully focus on your practice! -Kelly

It has been said that the Journey is just as exciting as the destination.

I have been fortunate to have been given many different opportunities to grow in both my personal and professional endeavors. My studies have allowed me to travel both abroad and within the U.S. Exposure to cultures outside my own has given me an appreciation for all people, including their traditions and customs. On a personal note, traveling to see family in Europe and Greece has not only been such a blessing but has taught me so much about culture and the generations before me that molded me into the person I am today.

I am currently working towards my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I have a master’s certificate in English as a second language and a BS in Educational Studies.

My work has ranged from teaching, working as an intake coordinator for an eating disorder treatment center, and most recently, I partnered with individuals suffering from sleeping disorders to receive the assistance the require. In each of the arenas I’ve ventured into, it’s been apparent that good mental health is the foundation for a happy + healthy life. It is an understatement to say that my passion is to help people. I truly love meeting and helping people in any way that I can.

I am excited about this next journey that we will be going on together!

Taylor Walker, Virtual Assistant

Being a military wife has allowed me to grow in a variety of professions and job titles including mental health, telecommunications, supervision, insurance work, case management and more. My most recent work was as a supervisor at a residential treatment center for teens with a wide range of disorders, both behavioral and substance abuse combined. But I didn’t start there…

I began as a mental health technician.

Starting as low man on the totem pole was humbling—working on the ground floor, in the weeds, with these teens in some of their most vulnerable times. Not only was I able to assist them in accomplishing their basic needs such as hygiene and laundry, I was also able to help them battle some of the toughest times in their lives. When I recall these teens (some turned adults) as they graduated from treatment, watching them grow into the people they were meant to be, I’d say “rewarding” would be an understatement.

I have a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Children’s Advocacy Studies. My goal is to support you and your business and assist your clients on their journey to a healthy and happy life. I’m looking forward to working with you!

Tristan Ramsey, Owner and Virtual Assistant

After dedicating years to the corporate world, I felt the need for a change. Despite my deep appreciation for my job at a prestigious eating disorder treatment center and the amazing staff, the demanding pace and frequent travel began taking a toll on me. Transitioning to working with counseling private practices seeking additional support for a few hours each week felt like the right fit.

This shift led to the establishment of Ramsey Consulting, where my dedication to serving others shines through, even though I acknowledge my tendency towards people-pleasing. With a background in Psychology, I am captivated by the intersection of clinical and administrative aspects within mental health practices. It is a privilege and a dream to be engaged in this meaningful work.

I’m a working mom of 6-year-old [human], Tegan, and 8-year-old [dog], Sidney. I live just south of Charlotte, NC. Outside of work and family, my interests include reading, music of various genres, and crocheting.

P.S. Wondering if you’re seeing double? You are. Taylor and I are twins #familybiz.
